This is a non-travel program with no tryout required.

The program is designed for athletes who want to continue learning, building confidence, and having fun in a positive team environment.

Program includes:

• 7-week program

• Mid-March through the first week of May

• One 1½-hour practice each week

• Fundamentals

• Game play

• Teamwork

• Confidence building

• End-of-season volleyball tournament
